TRACE BEAVER IS FLYING!!!! - May 12th

Mark this day in history.  Finally the engineers have enough paper to equal the weight of the plane, and the final piece of paper says we can fly. The flight was uneventful

Greg and Tyson delivered N9LB up to Ketchikan the other day, and Tyson took this shot just north of Campbell River.

The Eagle Hangar at the Spit - February 20th

Brenda Kobzey took a great picture of the Eagle Hangar on the weekend, which shows why it's called the Eagle Hangar.  Her husband Bob took the other two pics of the planes at the hangar.<

Aircraft skis on the West Coast - February 16th

We have just installed Viking Air's 9000 lb Gross Weight increase in Black Sheep Aviation's Otter.  Tsayta Aviation's Beaver is in for radio work, and a birdcage inspection

Why isn't it flying? The TRACE engine saga continues - February 14th

So why isn't C-GGBF flying?  The engine runs great, there are no problems with it.

TRACE Engines run-up Number One - January 30th

Nothing like the first time!  The 98' four blade reversing MT prop looks a little strange because of the stroboscopic effect of the filming.  Everyone was happy with the run-up. 

TRACE: Update from Texas - January 12th

Greg and Peter went to Texas and assembled the TRACE Beaver. They were happy to head to sunny Midland until they got the weather forecast. Snow.
